KIDS CLASSES
Junior Athletes Classes
Group exercises designed for children combine elements of aerobics, Pilates, and gymnastics. Special exercises, selected by a qualified fitness instructor, support the development of a child's body while improving balance and flexibility.
Children aged 5 to 12 can attend Junior Athletes Classes.
